Location: was super perfect just less than 1 min from Duomo Room and cleaning: was very good specially that it was recently renovated Breakfast: very limited and different types of eggs are considered as ala cart so u have to pay extra for it. Concierge: Mr Andrea was an excellent guide, highly recommend to consult him round and about.

Very well presented hotel. Very clean modern facilities, and the location was excellent with major shopping, restaurants and points of interest in easy walking distance. Taxi rank located across the road. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and Rocco who worked at the well stocked bar was very professional and friendly. Very relaxing bar area. A Great facility.

This hotel is in a perfect location that is close to the cathedral. I booked this trip as a gift for my friends 30th birthday and asked the hotel to put a bottle of Prosecco in the room. The staff went above to make this special for us, upgraded us to a larger bedroom and accompanied the Prosecco with the most gorgeous little birthday cake! We honestly loved this hotel so much! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff.

We loved our experience at this hotel. We were upgraded to an apartment which was over the top beautiful with ultra modern lighting and air controls. We were provided access to a private lounge area with a free continental breakfast in the morning and complimentary wine with desserts at night. The hotel is impeccable and the staff were very pleasant. The location is excellent…right behind the Duomo and a 15-20 minute walk to The Last Supper.

The stay at Rosa Grand Milano was excellent. It was a family meeting just after New Year. My son and his family came from USA; my brother drove from France with his wife and my husband and I flew from the Middle East. And we had a baby a toddler, 2 strollers and 10 kg of toys forgotten under the chairs or tables in the huge lobby. Nevertheless, everybody was smiling and nice and trying to help in a way or another. A place to try at least once.
