Excellent location, couldnt be better. Breakfast was varied and fresh, helpful and friendly staff.

I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. The staff truly made my stay exceptional with their friendliness and kindness. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who demonstrated great integrity. I accidentally left my diamond earring on the bed, and they not only found it but also placed it safely next to the bed. I am incredibly grateful for their honesty and care. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, the staff were always quick to answer calls and promptly fulfilled any requests I had during my stay.

I asked for a higher floor and connected rooms on short notice, and they made it happen, so thank you for that. Location is perfection Beds are soooo comfortable Friendly staff Clean hotel Bathroom good size with water running bidet The room service; I ordered once a club sandwich, and it was good. By the way, I have not tried any facilities in the hotel other than the bedroom.

Location: comfortable , In the heart of Milan and next to the Duomo cathedral and all shopping streets. Staff: All are positive, friendly, and supportive. Breakfast: varied and delicious buffet Housekeeping: prompt and multi cleaning visits in the same day Room: standard room size which sufficient for two adults with Arabic TV channels which is rare in Italian hotels Security: all doors are attended fiscally and monitored 24 hours round the clock. You feel more secure than your own home.
